COPYRIGHT: All images are protected by copyright law and it is illegal to scan, copy, print, or reproduce without permission. Please no extra editing of/altering of/adding filters to the images is allowed.

MODEL RELEASE: I hereby grant Nealy Lanzen the right to use and publish images for purpose of display, editorial work, portfolio, advertising, website, Facebook, or publication for promotion purposes.

INJURY: Nealy Lanzen is not liable for any injuries that may result before/during/after the photo session.

ALL SALES FINAL: Because we only take a limited number of sessions, this deposit/session fee is non-refundable, however it is transferrable to another date.

RESCHEDULING: If the weather is not cooperative on the day of your session (i.e., rain), Nealy will contact you within three hours before your session to reschedule. She will do her best to accommodate a reschedule if needed! If you need to reschedule your session due to personal reasons, please let Nealy know as soon as possible.
